We are looking for an Admin Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating administrative and operational tasks for our functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and organize administrative processes for the functional department and Office teams.
- Analyze departmental KPIs & reports from other cities.
- Monitor general budget and overtime duty reports for operations.
- Review cash requests and general expense claims for Finance related matters.
- Review manpower updates from the HR Department & coordinate the interview process for recruitment across the country.
- Coordinate training and events with the HR Department.
- Review and approve software entries related to leave requests.
- Arrange and manage vehicle usage for operations if required.
- Conduct daily briefings and discussions with related departments.
- Support Administration-related tasks as assigned by Senior Management or the Board of Directors.
