We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager – Sales Operations to support national sales performance, drive commercial execution, and lead cross-functional teams toward strategic growth goals.
This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented leader with proven experience in sales execution, team management, and data-driven performance improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Support the General Manager in driving national sales execution and delivering business growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations across field sales, inside sales, and dealer/retail channels.
- Oversee sales team leaders, track team performance, and optimize productivity across regions.
- Implement digital tools and CRM systems to improve conversion rates, reporting, and decision-making.
- Analyze sales KPIs, identify underperformance, and lead corrective initiatives.
- Support talent development, sales coaching, and motivation strategies to enhance frontline capabilities.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations for seamless go-to-market execution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and customer-first values.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a sales leadership or operations management role — preferably within telecom, broadband, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of territory management, channel development, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Experience managing mid-sized teams (30–80 staff) and working across multiple geographies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital reporting systems, and sales enablement platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and drive actions.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field required; postgraduate qualification or technical background is a plus.
- Fluency in Myanmar required; English proficiency preferred.
