Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Define and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with business goals, focusing on FTTx, DIA, Dark Fiber, MPLS, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends to sustain competitive advantage and elevate customer experience.
- Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement in technology adoption and delivery.
Infrastructure & Network Excellence
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, high-performance, and reliable network infrastructure.
- Ensure proactive monitoring of network health, capacity, and security to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.
- Drive evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge hardware, software, and automation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on network expansion, upgrades, and transformation projects.
Product Development & Growth
- Lead the design, development, and launch of new digital and connectivity products to meet evolving customer needs.
- Shape product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in collaboration with product and business teams.
- Stay ahead of industry dynamics, customer insights, and competitor offerings to strengthen differentiation.
Technology Operations & Performance
- Establish and enforce world-class operations processes: monitoring, incident response, change management, and disaster recovery.
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs to assure efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accountability with vendors, partners, and internal teams for consistent service delivery.
Security, Compliance & Data Protection
- Build and maintain a robust cybersecurity and compliance framework across all platforms.
- Implement policies and practices aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry benchmarks.
- Proactively address cybersecurity threats and ensure data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Leadership & People Development
- Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready technology organization, with a strong culture of ownership and collaboration.
- Mentor and inspire teams, empowering them with clear goals, growth opportunities, and recognition.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors, regulators, and global technology leaders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
- 15+ years total experience in technology, network engineering, or telecom.
- Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leader within ISP/telecommunications.
- Deep expertise in network architecture, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, security, and automation.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, SDN/NFV, virtualization, and emerging network solutions.
- Strong understanding of telecom regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership, excellent communication, and ability to align technology with business goals.
- Resilient, agile, and data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
