Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished HR expert who can balance organizational strategy with people development to support GTG’s continued growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to attract top talent.
- Oversee workforce planning and ensure strategic alignment between talent acquisition and organizational priorities.
- Oversee structured onboarding programs and ensure smooth employee integration across all business units.
Learning & Growth
- Build a continuous learning culture focused on employee development and leadership readiness.
- Design and manage cross-functional capability building and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive organizational learning programs that strengthen performance and engagement.
Retention & Engagement
- Implement real-time feedback and engagement mechanisms to build a strong employee experience.
- Conduct predictive turnover analysis, compliance audits, and ensure full labor law adherence.
- Oversee exit management, grievance handling, and employee relations initiatives.
People Operations / Performance & Rewards
- Lead workforce analytics, organizational chart management, and manpower planning.
- Oversee payroll management, compensation and benefits, and reward structures.
- Manage performance appraisals, OKRs, and promotion frameworks to drive merit-based culture.
- Ensure HR SOPs are standardized, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5~8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in large organizations or conglomerates.
- Proven expertise in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law, HR compliance, and organizational management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
