We are seeking a Sales Manager (Telecom Service) to lead our dynamic sales team, drive growth, and expand
our footprint in the telecom and data communication sector.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining key client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored telecom and data solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities for strategic insights.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Motivate, coach, and support team members to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and submit reports and forecasts to management.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably from TU or BCSC).
- 2–5 years’ experience in DIA or telecom sales, ideally in the ISP or data communication industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong self-motivation, analytical mindset, and goal-oriented attitude.
- High integrity, teamwork spirit, and customer-focused mindset.
