Position Overview

The UI/UX Engineer will be responsible for evaluating existing websites, identifying usability gaps, and designing user-centered solutions. The role requires close collaboration with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation and continuous UI/UX improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UI/UX audits and usability reviews of existing websites
• Improve user journeys, navigation structures, and page layouts
• Design wireframes, mockups, and reusable UI components
• Maintain consistent design systems and branding across platforms
• Ensure responsive design and cross-device compatibility
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices
• Collaborate closely with developers for accurate UI implementation
• Support ongoing UI/UX enhancements and refinements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or web design

Strong portfolio demonstrating website UI/UX projects

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web workflows is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
