Job Description

Global Technology Group is seeking an Admin Manager for Yangon for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Admin Manager acts as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure availability and maintenance.
  • Develop, implement, and update administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee document management, record keeping, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and support organizational meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Supervise and lead administrative staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Manage budgets related to administrative functions and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and staff welfare coordination.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–7 years experience in administrative management or office management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
