Admin Manager (5BB Broadband)

We are looking for a Sales Admin Manager to join our dynamic team and support the smooth operation of our nationwide sales functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating administrative and operational tasks within a sales department.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Duties:

  • Monitor and organize administrative processes for the Sales Operations and Office teams.
  • Review and approve software entries related to leave requests.
  • Arrange and manage vehicle usage for Yangon Sales Operation teams.
  • Check vehicle data (kilometer usage, fuel logs) and address vehicle-related issues.
  • Review cash requests and general expense claims from the sales team.
  • Conduct daily briefings and discussions with Sales Operation Team Leaders.

Weekly Duties:

  • Attend HOD meetings and Sales Operation management meetings.
  • Review and approve duty overtime entries via software (Nationwide).
  • Coordinate the interview process for Sales Department hiring across the country.
  • Monitor payments for promotional materials (billboards, pamphlets, kits).
  • Analyze sales achievement reports from Yangon, Naypyitaw, Bago, Mandalay, and Mawlamyine.
  • Collaborate with HR, Account Managers, and Branch Teams for weekly team discussions.
  • Review general budget and project expense reports.
  • Maintain show rooms and meet with relevant departments to meet showroom standards.

Monthly Duties:

  • Report Sales Administration performance and updates to GM & Senior Management.
  • Analyze and approve reports related to showroom repair records and associated costs.
  • Monitor general budget and overtime duty reports for operations.
  • Update and check inventory of sales materials and uniform stock for showrooms.
  • Review manpower updates from the Sales department.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quarterly nationwide general budgets.
  • Coordinate training and events with the HR Department.
  • Support Sales Administration-related tasks as assigned by Senior Management or the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise HRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
