We are now hiring a visionary Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales (Digital & Cloud) to lead one of the most important and fastest-growing business units of GlobalNet. This is a critical leadership role with national and global significance.

Job Summary
You will lead the sales and go-to-market strategy for cloud and digital services across Myanmar. This includes managing strategic partnerships, expanding enterprise solutions, and overseeing a high-performing sales team focused on productivity, security, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies in cloud computing, SaaS, and enterprise digital solutions.
Sales Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital sales team with a focus on revenue growth, KPIs, and execution discipline.
Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and key enterprise prospects in finance, healthcare, logistics, retail, and telecom.
Partner Collaboration
  • Work closely with AWS, Google Cloud, and Broadcom to develop co-branded solutions and joint go-to-market programs.
Customer Engagement
  • Promote value-driven digital transformation through solution selling focused on ROI, scalability, and security.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Align with pre-sales, engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams for seamless delivery.
Key Account Management
  • Manage long-term enterprise customer relationships, lead complex negotiations, and drive retention.
Market Insight
  • Monitor tech trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine solution design and sales approaches.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all sales engagements comply with internal governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in cloud/digital/enterprise software leadership.
  • Proven record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS, and digital transformation frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and enterprise engagement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and analytical thinking skills.
