5BB Broadband is hiring a Finance Manager – Mandalay Region

We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations in the Mandalay region, supporting one of Myanmar’s fastest-growing broadband internet networks.

This leadership role requires a strong command of accounting, treasury, procurement governance, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-frequency financial transactions in a large-scale consumer services business.

Location: Mandalay, Myanmar
Function: Regional Finance & Operations
Reports To: Head of Finance / Regional Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting for the region, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Manage treasury and cash flow operations, including collections and banking relationships.
• Supervise warehouse and inventory accounting for network materials.
• Maintain accurate transaction records for payments, billing, and vendor settlements.
• Ensure procurement compliance with financial controls and policy adherence.
• Support senior management with financial reporting and regional performance insights.
• Coordinate with audit, compliance, and regulatory teams for reviews.
• Lead a small finance team and partner with sales, technical, and logistics teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in telecom, internet services, or large-scale consumer business.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, treasury operations, and ERP platforms.
• Experience in high-volume transaction cycles including billing and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and asset lifecycle management.
• Understanding of procurement governance and vendor compliance.
• High attention to detail and strong financial control mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and Myanmar; team coordination ability.
