We are now seeking a seasoned, visionary, and results-oriented General Manager – Sales Operations to spearhead our national sales organization, optimize operational excellence, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

This is a mission-critical leadership role, entrusted with driving commercial strategy, managing large-scale teams, and aligning sales performance with the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nationwide sales operations, ensuring alignment with company growth targets and market strategies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and key liaison between the Sales Board.
• Drive top-line revenue growth through high-impact sales strategies, territory expansion, and channel development.
• Oversee and optimize the performance of a field force and inside sales team exceeding 100+ professionals.
• Implement and enhance digital sales platforms, CRM systems, and data-driven performance dashboards.
• Develop and lead talent management strategies to reduce turnover, increase engagement, and build a high-performance culture.
• Provide executive-level reporting, sales forecasting, and strategic insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with organizational standards, policies, and ethical sales practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or general management—ideally for Consumer Product Direct Sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling large sales organizations (100+ team members) across diverse geographies.
• Proven track record in achieving or surpassing aggressive revenue targets and business KPIs.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation, CRM platform utilization and data analytics for sales optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Myanmar language is highly desirable.
