Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HR Account Manager (HRAM) to support our Call Center and Field Operations divisions. This position will play a critical role in partnering with senior leadership to drive people strategies, improve operational effectiveness, and lead HR initiatives in high-impact functions. A key part of this role is owning the talent acquisition and development for Assistant Manager to Director-level positions within these operational units.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic HR partner for Call Center and Field Ops leadership teams.
- Work closely with the Head of Support Operations to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational demands.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for mid-to-senior level roles (Assistant Manager to Director), including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding in collaboration with the Recruitment team.
- Analyze HR metrics such as retention, performance, and engagement to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Collaborate with L&D and Talent teams to build leadership development programs and succession pipelines.
- Champion employee engagement by leading initiatives to improve morale, communication, and workplace culture in high-pressure operational settings.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to Operations Managers and Team Leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years talent acquisitions or strategic HR experience, preferably in telecom, service operations, or high-volume business environments.
- Proven experience in hiring and managing leadership talent (AM to Director level).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in both Myanmar and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven culture and support multiple business leaders.
