Job Description
As the Outdoor Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee our high-performing field sales team, responsible for driving broadband growth across Yangon. You will be in charge of motivating and managing 50+ sales executives, executing field operations, coordinating zones, and achieving monthly sales targets through strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 50+ outdoor sales executives across Yangon.
• Develop and implement territory/zone plans to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee daily sales operations including route planning, team deployment, and territory coverage.
• Monitor team KPIs, performance dashboards, and ensure timely reporting.
• Conduct coaching, training, and development programs for sales team members.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain team strength.
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Work closely with marketing, customer care, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations, field issues, and real-time problem solving.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior leadership.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading outdoor/direct sales teams, preferably in telecom, ISP, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems).
• Knowledge of Yangon zones and ability to organize field logistics effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, discipline, and retain junior team members.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on targets and team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications in communication, leadership, or sales training are an advantage.
• Local language fluency and familiarity with Yangon geography are essential.
