Job Summary

Global Technology Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, team leadership experience, and a passion for building a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.
  • Maintain HR records related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through creative campaigns and social media.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and labor market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Plan job descriptions in discussion with related departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, social media).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for technical and non-technical roles across all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
