Are you passionate about building and maintaining high-performance fiber access networks? Do you have hands-on experience with FTTX planning, OLT configuration, network operations, and troubleshooting?

Global Technology Group is looking for a Senior Access Network Engineer to join our Access Network team and play a key role in expanding and optimizing one of Myanmar's leading broadband networks.

What You'll Do

• Plan, operate, and optimize FTTX access networks.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot OLT systems to ensure network reliability.
• Lead network monitoring activities and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Plan and coordinate network expansion and maintenance activities.
• Collect and analyze technical data for new FTTX projects and develop implementation plans.
• Manage configuration updates and upgrades for FTTX infrastructure.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors on technical implementation and support.
