Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Lead to join our growing tech team. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage cloud architecture, DevOps practices, Google Workspace, and internal IT systems — while mentoring a team of talented engineers.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Cloud & DevOps Leadership: Lead a team of AWS Solution Architects & DevOps Engineers. Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions and drive DevOps best practices (CI/CD, IaC, automation). Oversee cloud migrations and continuously improve cost, performance, and security.

Google Workspace Administration: Manage and secure Google Workspace (user provisioning, compliance, integrations). Troubleshoot and optimize Workspace performance.

Product & Partner Development: Collaborate with product teams to integrate cloud solutions into services. Work with tech partners and stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals.

Internal IT Systems Management: Oversee email servers, file storage, network tools, and endpoint security. Implement backup, recovery, incident response, and change management policies.

Monitoring, Optimization & Reporting: Deploy monitoring tools across AWS and internal systems. Optimize cloud usage and produce regular performance reports. Maintain documentation and ensure proactive capacity planning.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 8–10+ years in IT Infrastructure, with 3–5+ years in a cloud/leadership role. Expertise in AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and DevOps tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Proven experience managing Google Workspace environments. Strong background in internal IT systems, server management, and security tools. Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Certifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional. Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, or Google Workspace certifications (bonus). Familiarity with ITIL, incident, and change management frameworks.
