Job Description
The B2B Sales Manager (Yangon Office) is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing key enterprise accounts, and achieving sales targets for related B2B Internet services within the assigned region. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and team sales targets according to KPIs.
- Own and manage the full sales funnel, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- Plan and execute sales activities to drive business growth.
- Present solutions, explain product benefits, and address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
- Lead the regional sales team, set targets, and manage performance.
- Conduct market research to refine sales strategies.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles: prospecting, negotiating, closing, and account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regional performance.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at regional business events and client meetings.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, ISP, or IT services.
- Strong knowledge of dedicated internet services, enterprise networking, and SLAs.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
